I’m a bit of a caffeine junkie and love this product. Granted that it does not taste as that great, but all you need to do is take a teaspoon for a boost of energy that will get you through the midday hump. I like to mix it in with some yogurt or I just take it straight up with a little bit of water.

I received the guarana which comes in sealed pouches that have a label in portuguese and english. I found the quality very good compared to some capsules I used to buy online. I empty one of the capsules and noticed HUGE difference. This powder is the real thing from Brazil.
