Age apparently does have a lot to do with it!
If I’d bought this when I was 25 and wanting to really think ahead, it probably would have been great, but I’m 56, overweight, and have menopausal symptoms.

I thought the book had the right slant–people need to take care of themselves if they are to have the reserves to take care of others.
