This is bad advice about stopping eating after 4pm. That’s insane and will cause your body to think it’s starving and begin to store fat. Bodies need food regularly to speed your metabolism. Just eat healthy and every 4hrs or sooner while you’re awake. Don’t take appetite suppresants. They will cause the cycle of storing fat again because you won’t eat enough. I would not go to this doctor if he thinks is starving the body is a good thing.
