These are basically powdered vitamins. You mix it with water, very easy to take as your not choking on those godzilla size pills.

It helps
Being a smoker, (sorry), it gives me the extra Vitamin C That is depleted from smoking fine cigars..also helps in the cold department..haven’t had one in years

Good product
Pretty good taste, although Pink Lemonade is my favorite flavor. Tangerine is also yummy. Good price and quick shipping from the Vitamin Shoppe, will order again from this company.

Direct delivery
I use Emergen-c and found it to be excellent. I have experience excelerated healing from the emergen-c. Anything you drink goes and be absorbed quickly.

I just can not directly feel the energy after drinking it. I do not know how to guage its long-term benefit, I do not really want to.

Great way to drink more water.
While the directions say you can take the product with only 6 oz. of water I like to mix it with more.
